The hotel's restaurant, the Bay International Skewers, captivated my family and me with a menu that emphasized flavor and innovation. While the options were limited, the grilled skewers were expertly prepared, showcasing fresh ingredients that delighted our palates. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, complemented by a well-stocked bar where we enjoyed evening drinks as the sun set over the water. Breakfast offered a diverse range, though some items appeared less appealing; however, the made-to-order omelette station was a standout. The combination of the shared lounge and beautiful garden provided a serene backdrop to relax between meals. Our stay in a spacious room on the eighth floor afforded us breathtaking sea views. The whimsical decorations for Christmas added a special touch, enhancing the overall experience. With the hotel's proximity to shopping at Terminal 21, our family found it the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
